Today we had an order at Pan Pacific Singapore.

The order was to do a candy arch at the balloon room for a couple wedding.

Super angry and bad experience we had.

1^st matter:

We are drop at the balloon room foyer entrance with all our stuff. Later we are stop by two security man, said

” we can’t allow you in, you need to go to the loading bay and register and I can’t let you all in cos you all are wearing slippers.”

Then I replied,

“Ok, we go and register, so what if we go register and are we all allow to go in?”

Then he said”No, you all got to register and I can’t let you all in cos you all are wearing slippers.”

And all the security has to say is to repeat, the same old answer.

I should have argued back, “SO WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ENTR, ARE YOU GOING TO ANWSER FOR IT? OR ARE YOU GOING TO DO FOR US?”

Ok, then I went to look for my boss, Greg at the loading bay.

2^n: MY FRIENDS WAS BEING COMPALIN THAT THEY ARE STANDING AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE FOYER AND IS VERY UNSIGHTLY TO STAND DOWN THERE AND MOVE TO THE SIDE AS THEY ARE BLOCKING THE WAY OF THE OTHER GUESTS. ANIT WE GUESTS TOO? EVEN BANGALA WORKERS CAN ENTER AND WE ARE UNABLE TO ENTER. SO U IS IMPLYING OUR JOB OR US IS WORSE THAN THEM?

3^rd matter: We are getting very impatient. We wait more than half an hour for the paper work which is like 2 sentence document to process. Cos we got to sign a document of consent that if anything happen to us, the hotel will not hold any responsibility.

4^th matter: Everything been done, the catering sale person [Linda], was talking to Greg. And that she made a stupid and offensive comment. She said that Greg brought a group of STUDENTS who are wearing slipper.

SO WHAT WRONG OF BEIGN A STUDENT, AND WHAT WRONG OF STUDENT WEARING SLIPPER. ANIT SOME OF THE BANQUET PART TIMER ARE ALSO STUDENTS TOO? ANI’T U IS ONCE A STUDENT TOO? OUR JOB REQUIRES US TO WEAR CAUSAL ATTIRE. CANT U EXPECTED US TO WEAR TIE ANS SUIT OR GROWN TO TIE BALLOON?

ANIT UR RESPOSSIBLITY TO INFORM US YOUR COMPANY STUDIP RULE AND REGUALUATION ABOUT ALL CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRING WEARING COVER SHOES BEFORE ENTERING? WE DUN HAVE ANY PROBLEM GETTING INTO OTHER HOTEL WEARING SLIPPER. U MIGHT AS WELL PROVIDE SHOES FOR THE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO ENTER THE HOTEL.

5^th matter: A guy led us in to the balloon, SINCE YOU SAID THAT THE HELIUM TANK IS VERY UNSIGHTLY, WE ARE GOT TO WALK THE BACKLANE OF THE HOTEL, WHY IN THE END WE GO BACK TO THE ORGIN PLACE WHERE Greg DROP US EALIER AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE FOYER.

WHAT KIND OF UNREASONALE AND STUIPID RULES AND REGULATION THEY HAVE. AND THE FxxK UP CATERING SALE LINDA WITH A SUPER BAD CUSTOMER ATTITUDE.

DUN EVER GOES THERE. YOU DARE TO CALL YOUR HOTEL A 5 STAR HOTEL; I DOUBT U ALL DESERVES IT.

I can’t believe I got so many things to write compare to my essay that I had submitted.
